Landlords: Must provide accurate property information, maintain properties in good condition, and comply with all rental laws and regulations.

Tenants: Must pay rent on time, maintain the property, and follow all lease terms and conditions.

Tour Guides: Must provide professional and accurate property tours, maintain confidentiality, and follow all safety protocols.

• All payments are processed securely through our platform
• Service fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes

We may require verification of income and identity for certain services. This process helps ensure the security and integrity of our platform. All personal information collected during verification is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Digital lease agreements generated through our platform are legally binding documents. Both landlords and tenants are responsible for reading and understanding all terms before signing. We recommend consulting with legal professionals for complex rental arrangements.

• Inspection cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Rent refunds are subject to the terms of the lease agreement
• Service fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified

You may not use our platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
• Fraudulent or misleading property listings
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior towards other users
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures

Residence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
